The virus is gone, the IE errors continue

I know I had a virus, and I used Ad-aware, CWShredder, and
Spybot to check and double check they are gone.

However, whenever I access the windowsupdate page, ESPN, or
attempt to post on BB's I get the same error crashing my IE.

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName:
unknown ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: b00cf070

I assume some files may have been deleted by the virus, but
I do not know how to fix this issue. Please help.

None of these tools remove viruses. As bad as ad/spyware is, and they are
bad, they are not viruses. I would recommend Norton Antivirus.
