The text formatting command is not available...

Hi Guys,

Several times a day, one of my users is getting the following outlook 2000
error " The text formatting command is not available. It may not be
installed correctly. Please install outlook again. Out of memory or system
resources. Close some windows or programs and try again." I have tried
running a repair on Office 2000. The user gets the error when trying to
reply to an email or composing a new email. No other programs are opened at
this time. Gets the error even after the reboot. Outlook is utilizing
about 50 Mb of memory. Total system memory is 512Mb, plus 3000 Mb max page
file size. Nothing on Microsoft's site about this. Couldn't find anything
on Google groups either.

I would appreciate any help,
