Hi,

"The Text formatting command is not available. It may not be installed
correctly. Please install outlook again".

The above error messag is coming whenever I open any e-mail. Client is
outlook 2003 on winxpp sp2. One more thing i noticed is IE does not display
blank page even if it is set to about blank.
