The tab "Security" (properties on files and catalogues) is gone. It's does
not help if I logging on as sysadmin, it is completely disappeared :o(
Please, help ..

reinstall it.
 
In Windows Explorer go to Tools, Folder Options, View and uncheck Use Simple
File Sharing.

Alternatively, assuming this is an XP Pro system, the Security tab may have
been disabled via the Group Policy Editor (GPEDIT.MSC)
