the system every 4-5 boot ups freezes reboots and after works

hello my system is

pentium 4 1,8Ghz
hd 60 Gb
ram 512 Mb
vga Gforce 4

my system worked perfect in win98

i installed after format win-xp-pro with sp1 +all the patches
i install as well the last nvidia drivers

the system for 4-5 boot ups works perfect
but
after crashes with a message for nvidia drivers
after the system reboots and works ok...

the happens continiously

i already install and i unistall 3 times the last drivers of nvidia
