The system could not find the environment option that was entered

I cannot run any programs because I keep geting this error. Additionally, I
dont seem to be able to be recognized as the administrator anymore.

ANyone else have this happen to them and what are the resolutions?

yes, I have been having the same problems for over a month now. That is why
I use my other laptop with xp installed for most of my work.
