The Specified Domain Either Does Not Exist or Could Not Be Contacted

G'Day All;
I am trying to add a new W2K server to the AD domain. But get the error,
"The Specified Domain Either Does Not Exist or Could Not Be Contacted".
KnowledgeBase Article 283133 says it is a sysvol share problem. My Windows
explorer shows sysvol as being shared.

Any suggestion as to what else I can do to resolve this problem?

Make sure the existing domain controller has DNS installed, and that it is
pointing to itself.

Make sure the new domain controller is also pointing to the existing domain
controller for DNS.
