The + sign after name

Sometimes when seeing who's on the forum it will have a name then followed by the + sign?
What does it mean? Only happened since the new & improved site has been running!

On the 'Whos online' page you mean?

Scroll down and have a look at the key at the bottom. All will be revealed. :)

It means you've got that person on your contact list :). Here's the key that V_R mentioned:
