i keep on receiving that reply to my outlook express when
sending a message. i took alot of effort already because
ive been reading alot of stuffs on the net to send a
message using outlook but stil it didnt work out. im tired
already of looking for the solution. could you pls help me
on this

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
