the report wizard states that it cannot create rreport

why cannot the wizard in the ms access 2003 throws an error message, " the
wizard cannot create report".

Is that any security feature disabled or and user restriction in my access
creation is fixed.
 
Do you have a default printer designated in the Windows Control Panel? If so,
have you tried setting other default printers?
