The RE: in the subject line in mails I reply to

I would like to change the RE: that is automatically inserted into the start
of the subject when I reply to an email.

Is there a registry tweek, or have I gone blind looking at ALL the settings
in Outlook2003

Reading the question, I realise it's not specific enough.

I would like the RE: to be replaced automatically, so I don't have to mark
it and change it to the wanted text.
