How do I eliminate FW: in subject line when forwarding an email?

Also, how do I eliminate the line and text above the forwarded message from
automatically appearing? ie:


From: [mailto:[email protected]]
Sent: Saturday, September 12, 2009 9:19 AM
To: '(e-mail address removed)'
Subject: Opportunity

You’d have to manually remove it.

 

[Roady [MVP]]

Either remove it manually or open the message by double clicking it and
choose (Other) Actions-> Resend This Message and readdress the message.
