The PST folder is not a personal folder files

Hi guys

I save my pst files in a folder before my computer crashed and I had to format and re-install all the softwares
After my PC back up and running again, I can't open my saved .pst folder with error message as per subject heading
Your effort to spare expertise to assist me is very much appreciated

Make sure the file isn't marked read-only. If it's on a CD, move it to your
hard drive and remove the read-only attribute.
