The Page Cannot Be Displayed" Error Message

Hey, I have been having a problem for the last few days.
I have a cable modem and will go to sites and they will
have a "page cannot be displayed" message, but if I
refresh it they show up. I might have to refresh it up to
5 times, but eventually the page will show up. I put up
with it for a while, but it's starting to get extremely
annoying. Does anyone know the solution or have any
suggestions?

If not using these tool, I suggest you do.
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
