"The Operation Failed"

I have one user who is sending out a few emails to about 100 email
addresses. She has set them to go out at different times of the day. All
are working fine with the exception of one - when she clicks on the "Send"
button she gets the error message "The opereation Failed"

There is isn't any error number or any othere info.

Any ideas what it could be?

Sounds like that one contact has an issue. Is this an internal or external
address? Is the address resolved from the GAL, from a Contacts folder, or
from the autocompletion cache?
