The network name cannot be found

I tried to disjoin the domain and change to workgroup. I
received the message said I cannot disjoin domain. After
I change to workgroup, I want to join a new domain. I
received the network name cannot be found error message.
The two full dns domain name are different.

Any hint? Please help! Thanks!

Configure the client's tcp/ip settings: specify the dns server that is
authoritative for that zone. In the case you are providing dhcp leases,
configure the scope to distribute the domain's dns server's address as a
lease parameter.
