The MOF file created for the Outlook service could not be loaded.

I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server. I can send and receive e-mail
automatically, but I can't use the Send/Receive button to force these
options. I also get this error repeatedly in my Event Log.

Event 2002: The MOF file created for the Outlook service could not be
loaded. The error code returned by the MOF Compiler is contained in the
Record Data. Before the performance counters of this service can be collected
by WMI the MOF file will need to be loaded manually. Contact the vendor of
this service for additional information.

I have googled for solutions, but I really haven't found anything. Does
anyone have a solution?

No, I don't have WinFax installed. I actually saw your reply about that when
I googled the problem. I checked it before I posted here. It's not
installed. Any other ideas?
