Hi

I have a user that gets the following error message when trying to reply or
create new emails inoutlook 2003. It only applies to his PC. If he logs on at
someone elses all is fine. Other users on his PC dont have a problem either.
I have followed the instructions in the KB artivle 401119 but this has not
worked. I have tried deleting the contents of the outlook folder under his
profile and recreated it without success. Does anybody know what else could
fix this?

Paul

Sorry

Looking at wrong reference. The KB article was 814441. My mistake.
It is not configured to use word as the email editor as in the past I have
found this causes too many problems.

What mail account type are you using?
Try the instructions on the website I provided anyway; it can't hurt ;-)

Hi

I have resolved the issue by deleting the default profile and vreating a new
one. It was an exchange account.

Thanks fot your suggestions.

Paul
