Hello

Can anyone help?

I'm having problems with Outlook 2002 bringing up the message 'the messaging
interface has returned an unknown error' when trying to add appointments to
my mailbox calendar or print off email messages.

I have read through some of the suggestions on the forum but am unsure if
these apply to my particular problem. Any advice?

First try to solve this problem by deleting the file "FRMCACHE.DAT".
Close Outlook and search for this file on your harddisk.

If this doesn't help, creating a new profile should help.
