The message Caps Lock On / Off on my screen How do I delete?

The message Caps Lock On / Off has started to appear on my screen in large
green font I have tried to stop this happening but so far have been
unsucccessful

Can anyone assist?
 
Could this be related to the Windows Accessibility Options, or perhaps the
result of an add-in or other utility?

Or this could be a keyboard driver option - especially if you have a
keyboard without little lights - there should be an option for it somewhere
(control panel perhaps).
