The logon user name shows wrong number of emails

Hi,
Both user names on my computer show the wrong number of emails
every time we turn the computer on.
How can I delete this or reset it to be correct???

Suggest you contact your ISP's (Internet Service
Provider) tech support on how to reset your email counter.
