the lincense and original cd get lost, what should I do?

Hello,

a license and the original cd of one of our customers is lost. He has
the original bill for windows xp pro (with other words: The product he
bought was getting lost). How can he get a new cd and a new
license-number without buying a complete new product? Thank you.
