Windows XP load new OS without cd

I have two PCs with both product keys. I lost the CDs moving. How do I get
a copy of the OS without buying a new License. I have the correct Product
key that came with both PCs. One is XP Home Edition and the other is XP Home
Media Edition 2006

One is Windows XP Home Edition...
See if you have any friends/family members with a GENERIC OEM version of
Windows XP Home Edition.

One is Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005...?
(There is not Windows XP Home Media Edition, also no Windows XP Media Center
Edition 2006...)
That is an OEM only product - same deal... See if you have any
friends/family members with a GENERIC OEM version of Windows XP Media Center
Edition 2005.

For both you can attempt to contact the entity you bought each computer
from - see if they have any copies of the media (you literally need a copy
of the media - it does *not* have to be the original.)
