The language of this installation package is not supported by your system

Hi,
I am having problem installing some application on my pc.
Running Windows 200o Pro with Service Pack 4. Error "The
language of this installation package is not supported by
your system". I could not find a resolution anywhere. Any
help would be much appriciated
