The footer won't print in excel

The Header and Footer are both visibel in the Print Preview, but when I print
the worksheet the Footer won't print only the Header prints.
 
How close to the bottom of the page is your Footer? It may be outside of your
printer's printable range.

it is not very close to the bottom. It has a margin set at 0.5" for both
header and footer, so I don't think it is the margin.
