I've got an e-mail in my Inbox that looks like spam.
However I can neither delete it, open it, or move it to
another folder. An "Unknown Error" pops up when I try to
delete it or open it. And Outlook 2000 tells me I can't
move it because "It was either moved or already deleted or
access was denied." Now a couple of my users have similar
messages.

Has anyone seen this kind of thing? Any advice is much
appreciated.

Do you have the message displayed in the preview pane? If yes, try turning
off the preview pane and see if you can delete the message.

Message was not originally displayed in a preview pane.
Tried deleting it after turning preview pane on and off.
And after turning AutoPreview on and off. Then tried to
drive a stake through its heart. But it still won't
delete.

Then you can try creating a new .pst file, make that the default, then go
back into the folder with the bad message and try deleting.
