The drafts folder got moved and I can't return it.

Somehow, one of my users accidentally moved his DRAFTS folder into a
sub-folder. I didn't think it was even possible. I/he can't move it back to
OUTLOOK TODAY. He gets the message that he doesn't have rights to move a
special folder. How can I repair this folder? It is on the MS EXCHANGE
server, thus it is not a PST file.
 
Try starting Outlook once with the /ResetFolders switch. If you need help
