The data file 'Pesonal Folder' was not closed properly error

The data file 'Archive3' was not closed properly. The file is being checked
for problems error occurs every time I start outlook. What could cause this.
I do shut down my computer in a proper way but it still accurs and checks my
archive folders for errors every time.

WHile you may be shuttong down your computer properly, Outlook is not closed
when you do. Something apparently is keeping it open. See if anything here
