"The data file ‘Personal Folder’ was not closed properly."

Outlook gives this error message every time I start up and it takes about 5
minutes for it to start after that. Cant understand what is the solution to
the prolem.
 
When you shut your machine down is Outlook.EXE still running? Check the task
list before shutting down. Sometimes Outlook needs a bit of time after you
exit it to fully terminate
