The Data Area Passed to a System Call Is Too Small - Printing file

we are using PrintDocument class in the .NET Framework library to print a
file to a printer that uses the Generic/Text Only printer driver. It is
working fine if we try to print from the XP operating system. The same is not
working when we move to the windows 2000 server family. We are getting the
error "The Data Area Passed to a System Call Is Too Small".

Could anyone please advice us......

Hi Jim,
Thanks for your response.

The article says to fix by a hotfix but not downloadable. Where can I find
the fix. Otherwise since we are microsoft partners, if you could please tell
me the exact hot fix number or filename we could search for that from the
resource available with us send by microsoft.
