the copy/cut/paste function doesn't work some of the times

i have been experiencing this problem for quite some time, though its not
very often but it will still be there even when i reboot my computer. i can't
copy/cut then paste files or words to the desired location. when i used the
ctrl c / ctrl v/ ctrl x functions, they don't seemed to work as the file cant
be pasted when i pressed ctrl v. also, when i tried to paste the file by
right clicking it (after i click on copy earlier on), the "paste" word wasnt
highlighted when i want to paste the file. some of my friends are also
experiencing this problem too. so, wad exactly is happening? and is there
anything i can do to solve it?

Go to Start/Run and type
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
then
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
SFC /SCANNOW
(you may need to press 'r' for retry many times)
Restart IE then
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
