the connection timed out or was aborted by the server

When I try to open "index.html" in main or sub webs on
the web server (w/FPext - created in FP2002) I got the
message "the connection timed out or was aborted by the
server" Can somebody help me?

The first step would be to contact your host with the problem, and ask them
to view the server and event logs.

I have done that 3 days ago, but don't got any response
so fare.

If you are not getting a response from a host within 24 hours, it is really
time to look for another host.
