The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck

Hello

My user was try to print a word file then suddenly rec'd
an error message as follow:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0x8046ab77, 0x00000001,
0x0098bd6c). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini071003-01.dmp.

Does anyone have any idea what is the problem?.
