The calender is syncing a day behind with my Treo700w

I just upgraded to Office 2003 and now when I put in an event or appointment,
it syncs one day behind on my Treo. So if I put in an appt on the 9th in
outlook, it shows up on the 8th on my treo. It did not do this with Outlook
2000. Please help, thanks!
 
are both devices set for the correct time and time zone?
