The C$ Administrative Share is being disabled every minute

I have several workstations and one server with a very strange problem
Even with the AutoShareServer/Wks with DWORD=1 the C$ disappears
Even in Safe Mode With Network
Using an updated InoculateIT and various AntiSpywares tested
 
Did you read the item on the same subject, posted in this newsgroup 12 hours
