The background does not fit the screen size, help!!!

I got a 15,3" wide monitor that is integrated with the
keyboard and it does not have controls to adjusted, I've
tried everything possible to me, what I mean is not only
the size of web pages and programs of windows, is
everything, the background, the taskbar, is smaller than
my screen size. They do not fit the screen size.

Hi. On the desktop right-click the mouse, then go to
properties, the display properties will come out then go
to settings, on the screen resolution choose 800 by 600
pixels. Hopefully it would work.
