the ability to rend an email (entourage has this feature)

I have a friend that runs Entourage on his Mac and there is this wonderful
feature. Next to his Answer / Answer All / Forward buttons he has an extra
one called Resend. I would greatly appreciate this feature in the Windows
verion of Office Outlook.
