I was the one needing cooling solutions, posted back on the 14th entitled
" CPU cooler recommendations? ".

I much appreciate all the input and advice. I did further reading of cooling
reviews, finally decided on Thermalright, bought an XP-90 (heatpipes) and a
92mm Panaflo fan for it, 57CFM and 35DB (loud?), Arctic Silver 5, Also
bought a V-1 fanned heatpipe cooler for the x800xl with an extra medium
flow Panaflo for it, the V-1 has two heatsinks and the second is thread-tapped
for another 80mm fan, no nuts needed. Both get great reviews and cost is
more than within reason. Also bought another 80mm Panaflo for heat exhaust,
back top of the case above the PSu, which has its own 140mm fan. With a
second order from another seller, I bought an 80mm mountable fan that has
a 90mm blade for air intake, lower front panel of the case... along with
various cables, Y-splitters, and so forth. second rebuild coming up when that
package arrives.

Currently, the whole machine has been rebuilt and all dust removed, new
PSu installed, working perfectly. And the CPU has been overclocked from
2.60 to 3.0, working well with the Intel stock sink, idling at 37º - 38ºC...
