Many thanks to Terry and Bob for your advice on scanning into Word 2007. I
may be a slow learner but I finally was able to follow your instructions and
now I can scan in my upgrade Word 2007. Thank you, Thank you Thank you. Now
can you tell me where my custom designed labels in word 2000 disapeared too
when I upgraded? Darrell

As Graham Mayor explains in http://www.gmayor.com/custom_labels.htm, previous
versions of Word stored custom label designs in the registry in a binary format.
Word 2007 stores them instead in an xml file. As far as I'm aware there is no
automatic way to transfer the settings; you'll have to redefine the custom
designs in the 2007 label options dialog.
