I was able to get Outlook 2007 uploaded. Now, I am trying to sync my MSN
email address with Outlook 2007 and I am afraid that I may had deleted
something that is causing a problem because I cannot sync the mail with
Outlook 2007. I did go to the Control Panel and I tried to upload my MSN
email features from there. All that I have on Outlook 2007 is the screen but
no data. What can I do?

The MSN Outlook Connector is not compatible with Outlook 2007. You can
either use a normal HTTP account ot wait till the connecter gets an update.

I do not understand how a Beta product from a company can be released, but
its email service (MSN) cannot connect with that beta product. I can connect
any http with Outlook, but MSN, Microsoft's own is incompatible? Do you know
whether or not Microsoft updating Microsoft Outlook Connector for Office
2007? I will use a regular http just to test the services. Thank you

It's easy really; different development schedules, different teams,
different priorities. There is no need to release it untill Office 2007 is
final. Same goes for all the other add-ins that are incompatible with
Outlook 2007; not just the ones from Microsoft.

A new version of the connector is available at http://g.msn.com/0CR1033/3. Let us know if it works for you.

Sue,

Judging from the many postings I've seen, I was one of many frustrated
Office 2007 Beta 2 downloaders who weren't able to get Outlook to sync with
their MSN accounts due to the lack of an updated Outlook Connector. Now,
thanks to you, I am happy to say that with the new Connector , I'm "back in
business" and happily using Office 2007! Dunno if you had anything to do
with creating the new Connector but at the very least, kudos to you for
letting us all know about it. Wouldn't it be nice if Microsoft put a notice
on their Office 2007 download page that it's available!

Naw, I just ask the questions that sometimes get answers.

Microsoft is in the process of updating the known issues for Beta 2 page, so I'm hoping there will be new information at http://officebeta.iponet.net/en-us/products/FX101517941033.aspx#16 soon. You might want to bookmark that page and check it every few days.
