textbox in designed template

Hi all

I've been working on my own design template for powerpoint 2003. The
designing itself works just fine, but when applying it to an existing
presentation it seems to change all of the text boxes from transparent
with no line to a white background with black lining. Is there any way
to modify the new template to keep the text boxes as they were in the
original presentation?

You should probably define what you mean by "Textbox" People tend to use it
interchangebly for text placeholder (the ones that say "Click to Add Text")
and normal textboxes (insert textbox) which don't say this.
