This has come up before relating to Windows Vista and probably relates to
the printer driver. See if there's an updgraded driver available from the
printer manufacturer.

I tried that.
Unfortunately the computer that has Word is my laptop and the printer is an
HP 5650.
When I try to do HP's solution I have to hook up my laptop with a USB which
dosen't give me the wirless network capabilities that I need. The driver
reverts to a unadabtable older version.
It's not the printer because it works fine from my Windows 98 ancient box.
Thank the gods I have that old windows 98 computer with Word 97(for FREE) on
my home network, where I don't have to worry about the "we must make it
impossible to get a MS product to read it's own Operating system and
peripherals and be compatible"..............YET.
I know it's just a matter of time before MS stops support and compatabilty
with Word 97, but for what I payed for Word 2007 it should work seamlessly
with everything by now(how long has MS been in this business?).
