The web text changes to a large font. To get the default text back, I use
system restore but after a few times opening it changes again. My computer is
updated with everything it tells me to do. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

You need to provide some information, like the version of Windows you are
using and the web browser you are running. If it's Internet Explorer, which
version?

Once you provide some basic information, you can be directed to a discussion
group appropriate to your question. Hint: this is a .NET programming

As a WAG, try this to find an IE discussion group.

As you appear to be using a web interface, try this:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Windows. In the Windows
subcategory, find
and open the subcategory for Internet Explorer, and find a group there for
your
post.
