Text upside down

Friend of mine was trying to make her screen better
readable in accesibility and she changed something. Now
the text is upside down or rotated 180 degrees. Any idea
what she did and how to fix it?, if so I would so
appreciate it. Please feel free to email me.

I've seen screen rotation or screen invert as a feature in some graphics
card drivers.
Control Panel/Display/Settings tab/Advanced button. ATI, Nvidia (NView) and
others. Check these settings for that option. The video card may be
conflicting
with the accessability options. If this is the case, try updating the video
card drivers.
