Text turned 90 degrees

Is there a way to turn text 90 degrees so you can have a narrow cel
with a long text string

Select the text, click on format, format cells.
Click the allignment tab and use the arrow to turn the text to whateve
degrees yo wan

sure is. Goto Format-->Cells-->Alignment look at the
"compass"-style text area.

If you do this lots, you may want to add a few formatting icons to your favorite
toolbar (or new toolbar).

Tools|customize|toolbars tab
(create a new toolbar if you want)
Commands Tab|Format Category
scroll through that list of commands and drag any formatting icons you like
to that new toolbar.

(I've copied the borders, too!)
