I am trying to change the text size on the address bar in IE . It is very
small right now and seems like when I go in display properties and click
appearance there is nothing that addresses these font sizes. Also the
control button fonts in both IE and OE are too small and need to be changed.

The 'item' to change in 'appearance' is 'icon'
 
Thanks for the information. I am also having problems
with the taskbar font size. I notice that this is not
addressed anyplace that I can find.
