I increased the text size on my mother's Windows Mail client so she
could see it better.
1. Only the body text changed and not the header text sizes.
2. When I receive her emails, the text is so tiny it is barely
readable.

I responded to your previous post about this yesterday. The
solution is still the same:

1. Right-click on the Vista desktop, Personalize. In the left pane click on
"Adjust font size (DPI)". Default is 96 DPI (dots per inch). The other setting,
120 DPI is too large for most people, so you may want to select "Custom
DPI" and select something around 105-110 DPI.

2. Make sure her default send format is HTML. While composing a HTML
email, you can increase the font size from the compose toolbar. I'm not
sure if that setting is sticky.
