"Right click a blank spot on the desktop and choose Personalize.
Click Windows Colour and Appearance.
Open classic appearance properties for more Colour options
Click Advanced.
In the Item drop--down box click Icon!
Change it there.
OK Apply OK.
WARNING!!
This is also a Global change and effects all fonts.
