Text Size in Outlook 2007

I have no idea what I did.

I have a new version of Outlook 2007 that came with Office Standard package
and now whenever I compose new emails the text and signature appear at
extremely tiny sizes.

The ruler has shrunk to a quarter of the screen and I can't seem to reset it.

The text size seems normal and the output for composed emails appear fine on
other screens or when printed. How can I reset the compose formats so it
outputs to the normal text size?

Advice?

I, too, am suffering from the same fate. I suspect some keyboard combination
I inadvertently clicked caused this pain, but it is REALLY annoying...
Almost as annoying as finding NO help online on how to set the Ruler width on
emails. I'd really like some MS guru to make it so I can use outlook again!
