text shrinks to unreadable size

when try to reply to message, text shrinks to unreadable size. Also, when
move cursor into email list , list automatically scrolls to bottom. Cannot
get back to top of list.

Thanks - zoom had reset to 10%. Same thing happens to me in Word. Not sure
why, but at least I kow how to fix it.
